As such, "I Cue, U Cue!" is an important tool for improving the reading abilities of deaf and hard of hearing individuals, teaching you to combine handshapes and placements with mouth movements to represent the consonants and vowels of a language.
The complete American English system is taught in 14 classes with additional work if the user so desires.
