Choose the format that suits your needs best: spiral bound notebook style (standard), or 3-hole punched loose leaf (50 sheets). For pre-punched paper, you choose binder or hanging file binder to make retrieval easy.
Your meds log will allow you to easily record when the medication is required and when it was administered, and by whom. You'll have a separate page per child (one month per page), and space for their emergency contact information is right there where you need it, along with possible side effects or any other special instructions you need for that child.

To make it easier to monitor your medication supply, there space for storage instructions, child name, medication name, physician name and number and medication details.
